Injection
Wax patterns are precision-molded to replicate the final component with exact dimensions.
Wax Assembly
Individual wax patterns are assembled onto a runner system for efficient casting.
Shelling
The assembly is coated with ceramic layers to form a strong external shell mold.
Dewaxing
The ceramic-coated assembly is heated to melt out the wax, creating a perfect cavity.
Melting & Pouring
Molten metal is poured into the ceramic shell at precise temperatures to form the casting.
Knockout & Finishing
The ceramic shell is broken away and cast parts undergo precision machining and finishing.
